My experience with MIDI Health has been exceptional. My provider, Elaine has been compassionate and caring and very knowledgeable. My case is complex having had breast cancer and multiple other issues. As an RN myself, I have found MIDI Health to be top-notch in every way, from convenience and thoroughness, and most of all being a trusted provider. I have highly recommended to all my co workers and friends and family.

I am a retired gynecologist with ongoing hot flashes, night sweats. I tried to wean off topical estrogen due to my age. In retirement, it’s been hard to find a knowledgeable provider willing to put me back on ERT despite my expertise in this field. Nurse Stone listened to my concerns and was willing to prescribe a hormone patch after thoroughly discussing risks and benefits.

I'm 47 and just hit menopause. I didn't deal with my issues in perimenopause because my primary doctor didn't help. I was just told go take black cohosh and your issues will go away. My issues were over a dozen severe hot flashes a day, and over night. I had to change my clothes both during the day and overnight due to excessive sweating from the hot flashes. Plus I was not sleeping due to major anxiety, and felt like my memory was nonexistent. I've been working with my clinician for 6 months, and she is AMAZING. She listens to me, shares her thoughts on what I may need. Then she gives me the details, and I asked for in depth details, she delivers. Together we talk about the pro's and con's of my options before she lets me choose what I think will work. I feel heard like no other medical person in my entire life. At 47 that's a long time to not be heard. Thank you to both my clinician and to Midi for creating such an amazing environment for women to be heard and cared for.

I'm so grateful to have found Midi. My primary care doctor knows very little about menopause, and was not prepared to help me get relief, instead had recommended waiting 6 months and testing to see where my hormones were. Meanwhile I was experiencing symptoms that were interfering with my ability to drive my kids to school! Another approach my doctor suggested was getting an appointment with a menopause specialist within my healthcare system - 9 months out!!!! With Midi, I was able to get an appointment right away, and support and care that helped me feel better right away. I tell everyone I can about Midi, no one should suffer needlessly.

Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy. The doctor I saw for my virtual visit was friendly, listened to me, answered all of my questions, and provided me with a lot of information. I have been dealing with so many perimenopause symptoms for almost a year, and it was relieving and validating to have someone listen, empathize, and help me find a path forward to getting back to feeling good again.

My nurse practitioner answered most of my questions AND prescribed medication and supplements for me, all within 30 minutes! She also understood my suffering from menopause, and we had an open and honest conversation. I didn't expect to leave our first meeting with a clear plan for making me feel better and medications to start me on my journey. I am SUPER pleased and grateful!
