Please beware I am 43 and had mild perimenopause symptoms (weight gain being my chief complaint. Joint pain my second. Not much else) my provider kept upping my dose of progesterone despite me describing feeling anxious “that means you need a higher dose” anyway at 200mg it triggered heart palpitations so severe I went into a three month spiral of medical hell so severe I was referred to get a cardiac ablation. After three months of stopping the HRT (and the literal day before the ablation) my heart went back to normal HRT should not be handed out like candy, should be closely monitored, and in no world should someone be prescribed 200mg of progesterone when they aren’t even in menopause and do not need that high of a dose DAILY.

My rural family practitioner just doesn’t have the specialty knowledge about menopause that Midi offers. Having Midi as an insurance-covered option is so important for women. I was able to discuss my perimenopause symptoms in full and arrive at a plan that feels safe and considered.

My symptoms of perimenopause had been misdiagnosed and overlooked for four years. Their billing is horrible or fraudulent. I have requested multiple times to bill to insurance and yet they are not competent enough to figure out how to bill. I have uploaded my insurance card multiple times, but their system conveniently makes it blurry. I have manually entered all of the information on the card yet they ignore that. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE AS BILLING IS UNPROFESSIONAL.

I am 4 years post-menopause and the changes it has caused to both my physical and mental well-being have been quite overwhelming at times. Good luck getting thru to MIDI. I have been trying for weeks to get an appointment. I went back and for trying to get a first time visit: Finally got an appointment. Really looking forward to my appointment. I confirmed my appointment 2 times thru a text. Got a text with day and time. Then with in hours 3 days before appointment it cancelled my appointment with no explanation. I have been trying for 3 days now and can not get a live body or an email back to me. Even after explaining that I really wasn’t doing too well. Nothing! Which has now made me even more depressed.

My NP Vicki is amazing. I’m so glad I found Midi Health and my insurance covers my visits and medications. I’m amazed with the results that I have achieved with Midi. I went to my OBGYN for several months, not getting relief and I felt like I wasn’t being listened to. Midi has been life-changing for me.
