My PA was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. She gave me different options and explained the risks of each. Scheduling my appointment was easy and the video conference was easy to use.

Meg is a wealth of knowledge. She truly listens to your experience, asks thoughtful questions, and doesn’t rush to prescribe or offer a one-size-fits-all solution. I felt heard and genuinely valued her expertise. My only disappointment was the limited appointment time. Fifteen minutes simply doesn’t feel like enough when discussing something as complex and interconnected as women’s hormones. Hormones do not function in isolation, and there is only so much that can be meaningfully explored in such a short visit. I’m incredibly grateful to have access to a provider with Meg’s level of knowledge. I just wish the model allowed her more time to use it. Women deserve the time and space for these conversations to be as comprehensive as the subject requires.

My provider was compassionate and so helpful. For the first time in years, I truly felt heard and validated. She helped me understand that the way I had been feeling wasn’t something I just had to accept, and that there are options and ways to help. She provided me with insight, options, and an overall plan that left me feeling hopeful and excited that things can get better. I was nervous to try an online healthcare solution, but I am so grateful I gave Midi a chance. They’ve given me hope that I can feel like myself again.

It was easy to make an appointment, my questions were answered and I felt heard for once!

I am very disappointed in Midi Health. In the 6 month period that I was with them, I have had 4 NP's! and each time all they want to do is constantly do appointments, and even with health insurance is it around $100 for each appointment. Their communication is very lax as well, I will send an email and it will take longer than 3 days to get back to you, only to tell you to make an appointment. I will not be returning and be forewarned!

Finally a provider that listens and is understanding of women's health. I have been feeling like I am in premenopause for a while now but my ob/gyn dismissed me and told me my labwork was perfect. Frustrated for months I saw an ad for Midihealth and decided to give it a try. My provider was amazing and understanding and started me on progesterone and estradiol right away and I feel so much better. I am so greatful to have someone finally listen to me.

Midi markets itself as providing clinicians with expertise in women’s health, perimenopause, and menopause. That was not my experience. My PA told me she was a generalist with a background in urgent care and did not appear to have specialized menopause training or knowledge. My bill was also incorrect. Customer service told me by email that it had been fixed, but it wasn’t. I’ve called repeatedly, only to sit on hold for 10 minutes before hearing, “No support agents are available to take your call. Call back later,” followed by the call disconnecting. At this point, it feels like Midi invests far more in marketing and social-media promotion than in actual patient support. The polished online presence does not match the care or customer service I experienced.
