Homebase allows time tracking, but it only holds time sheets for 90 days unless you pay at least almost $300 a year.
Response from HomebaseAug 29, 2025
We’re sorry for the frustration you’ve had around timecard storage. You’re right that on our free plan, timecards are only stored for 90 days. However, you do have the option to download your timecards and save them on your computer so you’ll always have a longer history to reference without losing any important records. If you’d like help walking through how to do that, please reach out to us through the Support chat in the Homebase app . We’d be happy to guide you through the steps to make sure you have the records you need. Thank you for sharing your feedback and for being the best part of Homebase 💜

Building the schedule is easy, team communication is good, but the timeclock kiosk app isn't working for us. It can take up to ten minutes just to confirm a clock in or clock out, and there are inaccuracies in reporting as a result. I have found the employee stats in the app are not always correct.
Response from HomebaseAug 29, 2025
Thank you so much for sharing this with us, Kate. We’re really glad to hear that scheduling and team communication have been working well for you, but we’re truly sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced with the timeclock kiosk. Waiting up to ten minutes to confirm a clock in or clock out and then seeing inaccuracies in reporting is not the experience we want for you or your team. While we can’t be certain, sometimes these issues can be related to internet connectivity, which may slow down the kiosk’s ability to process clock-ins correctly. We’d love the chance to troubleshoot this directly with you so we can pinpoint the issue and hopefully get things running smoothly again. Please reach out to us in-app or at [email protected] so our team can work through it with you. We’re grateful for your feedback and for trusting Homebase with your team — thank you for being the best part of Homebase 💜
