This company went above and beyond I could ever ask on my weight loss journey. My last consult was a little nerve racking due to all the changes with the FDA but JF made everything seamless with switching to name brand. the communication has been great for me. they get back to me in a very timely manner and always answer all my questions!

Awful experience
Awful experience. I knew I was on the cusp of qualifying, although through my questionnaire I was luckily approved! I had my consultation within 24 hours to discuss medications and the NP didn’t ask anything about my history with weight struggles. She verified my height and weight and told me I don’t quality. Typically a provider wants to hear your backstory about weight etc. There was no other discussion, she was extremely cold and this was an awful experience. The people working here should be more considerate of such a sensitive subject as patients are really putting themselves into a very vulnerable and tough discussion. I left that chat more upset than I have been about the weight issues. Her exact words were “you’re overweight; but you don’t qualify”. I can’t speak on other providers but the one I encountered was really disappointing. It has nothing to do with not qualifying; but the delivery and bedside manner was awful and left me feeling worse.

Everything started out great..
Everything started out great. However when the announcement was made that Tirzepatide was taken off of shortage, they had plan changes and price changes. This would have been fine, however when it came time to pay for my prescription, I was told I needed to change plans. Not anytime in advance, so my option was to pay $60 more for the SAME medicine I was taking, or nothing. I paid for the $99 plan, saw the doctor 3 weeks later, and my prescription was held. I did NOT receive my prescription because I would not be forced to change plans due to a "change in protocol". Beware of joining this company, they can change up pricing on you in the middle of the month and KEEP YOUR PRESCRIPTION FROM YOU, and you have NO RECOURSE to get your medicine OR money back. Beware.

Great access to care at an affordable price
I've been using Join Fridays since April 2024 to reach my weight loss goals. I am down 30 lbs and they have been very easy to work with. The physician I have seen has been great and if you don't feel you need to see the doctor each month, you can just submit a request for a refill after answering a few short questions. The pharmacies that they use have also all been great & I have received my meds on time each month when requesting refills. I found Join Fridays through recommendations on TikTok & I'm so glad I did as it's has made access to semaglutide affordable and a lot less time consuming from a trusted source for this busy mama! Highly recommend!

Huge hassle
Huge hassle! Must follow every med order to make sure that I actually receive it! I do not recommend Fridays.

I had an appointment with a nurse…
I had an appointment with a nurse practioner today. I'm new to Fridays so I thought they had a copy of the things i spoke about in the email. This woman had a melt down saying they just pay her $20 a call. Well I didnt know that I thought she had a chart or notes. She started screaming at me. I was just in shock.

Wish we could of kept going
Join Fridays was a deal changer for me on my weight loss. Unfortunately, once the government decided to take my prescription off the limited list, Join Fridays wasn't able to continue filling out my prescriptions, so I had to cancel Join Fridays. I went from 220lbs to 173lbs in 6 months. My goal was and still is 160- 165
