When it works it works but the last two doses have been annoying. I submitted a request for a dose more than a week before moving house. It usually takes a couple of days to get it. Nothing happened. I sent a message after a week, to change the address, it hadn't been shipped yet. The next day it was shipped, but of course with the old address. The response was basically, we can't do anything about it, very clearly AI answers. Our old place was a gated complex so I can't just go in and get it. Luckily Fedex let me hold it at one of their stores so I went to pick it up. Then the next one they apparently shipped automatically without checking with me in any way. I'm not home and I live in Texas. That dose will be sitting outside in the Texas heat for two days. They just don't care. And this order is being delivered by UPS, they're charging me to hold it. I'm a a strongly considering changing when my subscription ends.

Honestly
Honestly, I haven’t seen much in the way of results. I’ve only been at it for 3 months, and I renewed for another 3, but twice now there have been issues with the shipping. Each time this happens, I end up missing a week of injections. When I call, they tell me that shipments are delayed due to high volume—which doesn’t seem fair, considering they are always very prompt about taking the money out of my account. I’ll give it another 3 months, but I’m still waiting for my medication, and it’s already been 2 weeks since my last injection.

Extremely frustrating customer service and lack of communication
My medical provider was wonderful, but unfortunately, the customer service experience with Fridays has been incredibly frustrating.
I’ve spent over a week trying to resolve an issue with medication that was automatically shipped to my previous address without my knowledge while I was relocating. Despite having an open support ticket and repeatedly requesting assistance, getting anyone to actually address my questions has been nearly impossible.
I’ve spoken with numerous representatives, received conflicting information about the status of my case, and been told multiple times that my concerns were escalated. Yet nearly every response has been another generic acknowledgment rather than an actual answer or resolution. Even when I submitted specific, numbered questions, the responses often addressed something entirely different.
At one point, I was scheduled for a video appointment with a medical provider who hadn’t even been briefed on the situation. The provider was genuinely helpful, but this highlighted just how disconnected the different departments seem to be.
As a paying customer, it is exhausting to repeatedly explain the same situation to different representatives, only to receive vague responses and no clear timeline for receiving medication I depend on.
I understand that mistakes happen and resolutions can take time. What I find unacceptable is the lack of communication, accountability, and coordination. Customers should not have to chase down multiple departments, open additional support channels, or repeatedly request escalations just to get straightforward answers about an existing ticket.
I genuinely hope Fridays improves its customer support process because the medical care I’ve received deserves a much better support experience.

Paying for a coaching subscription regardless of getting medication. Lack transparency
I want to make this absolutely clear: I do not recommend join Fridays under any circumstance. This company is completely non‑transparent, misleading, and operates in a way that feels intentionally deceptive.
People need to be clear that they are paying a subscription for their coaching services regardless of they get the medication!
They advertise one thing, but what you actually get is the opposite.
My issue is outrageous:
I was charged off my HSA account for an entire year of a membership that my husband never used, never logged into, so I never noticed and never benefited from. The account has been inactive for a full year, yet they still charged me without any warning, notification, or transparency. How is that even possible? How do you justify charging a customer for an inactive account? It’s beyond unfair — it’s unethical.
When I contacted customer service, the representative was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. All she could say was, “We will look into it,” and that she would send it to billing. That’s it. No real solution. No accountability. No willingness to admit that what they’re doing is wrong. Just empty words and a scripted response. No real solution because they are not interested in the customer they are just interested in the money.
They refuse to acknowledge the problem. They refuse to take responsibility. They refuse to fix anything.
It’s clear this company is shady, and they rely on customers not noticing charges or not fighting back. Their lack of transparency is alarming, and their customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t care about resolving issues — they care about collecting money for services people aren’t even using.
I’m left frustrated, ignored, and charged for a membership I never touched. And the fact that they think “we’ll look into it” is an acceptable response after charging someone for a year of inactivity is unbelievable.
No wonder so many influencers and advertisers who once promoted join Fridays are leaving. The company is a mess, and their practices are unacceptable.
I strongly advise anyone considering join Fridays to stay far away. This company is not worth your time, your money, or your trust. This is a subscription scam and I can’t believe no one is doing anything about it.
Update:
After a very frustrating experience with Fridays, I want to share an honest update. About three hours after speaking with customer service, I received an email from the escalations billing department saying they wanted to explain the charges and asked me to call back — but they didn’t include a phone number to contact them.
Therefore, I reached out to customer service again and told the representative I did not want an explanation; I wanted my money refunded. She said she couldn’t help and the only thing she could do was have a supervisor call me. Within about 40 minutes, Juliana called me, and she was the only person who actually assisted me. She immediately resolved the issue and confirmed all charges would be refunded. As of today 2 days later The refund has already been processed and returned to my account.
While I appreciate Juliana’s help, I still believe the company’s advertising is misleading.
You are not paying for medication — you are paying for their coaching services, and whether or not you request medication or get themedication is entirely on you. Their membership terms are also extremely strict, and customers need to know that if you don’t cancel through their system, you will continue to be charged even if your account is inactive.
Fridays needs to make all of this clear to customers upfront so others don’t go through the same issue specially the Latino community who might fully understand these terms.
Button line Juliana provided excellent service. Fridays has fast shipping and their coaching is good but the company’s overall transparency and billing practices need serious improvement and transpeeencyof the services they provide and what you are actually paying for.

Not so great customer service
The dr i spoke with was great, but i was only sent one singular dose, when i paid for a month's worth. It’s been days with no resolution, and the responses I have received have been very disappointing.

Just cancelled after 6 months
Just cancelled after 6 months. Getting milked and minimal increases. No reason not to be on the max dose after 6 months of no issues.
Buyer beware...they say it's a 3 month plan but it's not. Your renewel is conveniently a week less/short and they will not ship in the last few days of your plan. 84 days vs 90 days or 3 calendar months.
They have a Prime days renewal special for 99 bucks a month plus 50 bucks off, but when you try to advantage of the deal, it back up to 232 bucks a month. No thanks.
