I was so well explained by the time she finished all my answers where answered and she gave me the opportunity to express my concerns. had a previous experience with different provider really terrible attitude wouldn't accept any questions or concerns just say Yes or No that was her reply.But these made me feel comfortable

I switched to Friday's about a month ago and while there was a glitch with my enrollment, they were super responsive (even over the holiday weekend!) and got it straightened out very quickly. I got my prescription within about 3 days or so. They offer lots of support and I highly recommend!

I had to request a refund. I tried for approx 6 weeks to join Fridays. They kept asking for the same things. I kept telling them the same things. Going thru Customer Service didnt help. I stopped calling them. There must have been 15 emails back & forth between us. I repeatedly asked for someone in authority, who could explain things to me, to call. Never did. I got so frustrated. Finally decided enough was enough. And I was really looking forward to getting on Fridays plan. What a shame. I still haven't received my refund after 9 business days. I sure hope this doesn't turn into a nightmare too.

Oh man. This company. It was almost great with the speedy responses on their convenient messaging system. This company took my $860 and sent me the wrong medication TWICE and when I asked for a refund they said “medication was delivered we can’t issue you a refund”. They send the wrong medication not once but twice… hello? Make it make sense. Then when you call it’s all outsourced to God only knows where and I can not have a productive conversation with someone when there is a clear language barrier. The clinical team and the support team are reading two different things. It was a whole mess. Absolute rage bait. 10/10 stay away from this company. Never again.

New to Friday's but very satisfied so far. Customer service is outstanding and you get your meds within a couple days of renewing. I had two video appointments with actual physicians and both were exceptional. The price you see is the price you pay, no hidden membership fees. I take Tirzepatide and it is working extremely well. Extremely satisfied with Friday's.

I continue to be impressed with Friday’s quick response time and thoroughness.
