Professional and knowledgeable
Everyone at Friday’s is very responsive. The providers are professional and thorough, and anytime I’ve called to clarify any details about my prescription, I can easily speak to a knowledgeable human on the phone. I have been pleasantly surprised that remote service could be this polished.

I have just started the program and loving it.
I have just started the program, but since the beginning I have had a great support and experience. I have everything when I need it if I have questions, I get my answer really quickly. I am super excited to start this new journey of my life.

I’ve been with Join Fridays since March of 2024. They are who has given me the opportunity to loose 80lbs and become healthy.

Straight liars
They're completely contradicting on what they tell you and what's disclosed in their fine print online. They say there's no hidden fees or subscription required but that's a lie. They wouldn't even answer a simple question I asked about which B vitamin they compound with until I pay a $75 consultation fee. They said it's refundable but in their Terms and Conditions it's states in section 7 that there are NO REFUNDS & that they're actually a 3rd party that doesn't give medical advice & there is a recurring fee they can charge monthly for their services. They're a "middle man" that can't even answer questions they should be able to answer. Beware. Sounds shady to me that they can't be transparent with information for me to even begin to consider them.
