I have completed 9 months with Fridays. I have now lost 20% of my original body weight (50 lbs). The journey has been very easy and I have never even been to the gym, even though I plan on changing that soon. Fridays team has been helpful, medication arrives quickly and the online portal is easy to use. I’ve recommended many people to use them.

Had my first consult today and I was pleased it was with a physician. She was knowledgeable. Took the time to review and discuss my medical history in detail. I am pleased with how thorough Fridays is.

I've been with Fridays since May of this year. This month I had an issue with my refill process and I was astounded at how quickly it was addressed and corrected. The physician was amazing and listened to everything I said. Amazing!

I have been so happy with Fridays and can’t recommend them enough! I don’t require a lot of guidance but they have everything you need for support when you do!

DO NOT PAY 3 MONTHS UP FRONT. I did the mistake of looking at Join fridays reviews and went ahead and still order from them. They never sent me my medication and all they kept saying is wait 5-7 buisness days every single time. The day come that it should be shipped/delivered and nothing has yet to be sent. They don’t try to resolve by either sending your prescription to a new pharmacy or even making up for it. Luckily when they send you a email of what pharmacy they sent your prescription to I contacted them and asked for an update on my prescription and GET THIS — they don’t even have my order and to contact Fridays for the issue. This is ridiculous, sincerely I would say pls do more research on what telehealth to trust. Clearly fridays isn’t even professional when it comes to handling things. Please look somewhere. Still dealing with getting a refund.
