For 2 months in a row I have made my request to have my branded medicine refilled thru the Join Fridays website, they advertise 24-48 hr response rate to get meds filled, both times took over a week requiring me to intervene to find out why the delay on their end. They use to be so good as I have been with them for a few years but for $99 per month you would expect better service than this for a simple refill request once per month. May start shopping around for better service providers. Be warned!

I've been with two different "online" companies for GLP1, and Fridays is so easy, fast and affordable. Super happy I found them!

When I reached out to Support about this issue, instead of addressing it and making things right, they directed me here to provide feedback—so here it is. Overall, the medications have worked (which is why I’m giving 2 stars), but the customer service has been disappointing. The Providers are not friendly, they seem rushed, each call is as brief as possible, and they repeatedly ask questions I already answered in their surveys. It feels like they just want to get off the phone quickly rather than actually listen or engage. I started in January 2025, and along the way, the company has changed its model—likely due to evolving compounded Tirzepatide regulations. That’s understandable, but the lack of transparency is not. I recently discovered—six months in—that they actually do offer discounts for longer-term commitments. I received one when I first started, but was later told that option no longer existed, so I was forced onto a higher monthly rate. As a result, I’ve paid $624 more than necessary. Their response was simply, “You can change it now if you want to.” The bottom line: while the medication works, the customer experience has been frustrating, unfriendly, and costly. I feel stuck finishing out my GLP-1 journey here, but there are other providers that offer much better service (I’ve used one before that was superior).

I am taking Tirzepatide compounded. Its been great. I’m on week 4 and I’ve lost 9 pounds already. The medication arrived fast and my recent check in consultation with the doctor on board has been very helpful. She was very nice and answered all my concerns and questions. I am excited to continue this journey.

A few hiccups along the way but Fridays resolves them quickly and pleasantly. I would highly recommend this company for weight loss needs!

This is was the best telehealth experience I’ve had by far! I felt well supported by fridays staff and I’m confident about the program and results. I had a consultation via the app and received my prescription 4 days later in perfect condition. The support team has been wonderful, answering my emails within the same day!
