They are helpful, everything arrives on time, easy to track, good direction, they make sure everything is going smoothly and correctly with you. This will be my second month. So far so good.

I joined and within minutes my aftervisit report was ready. There was NO visit! Also within minutes some unknown low doseage was sent to the pharmacy and could not be recalled (ya right). I have been on tirzepetide for a year already and dont need to start on the beginner low doseage plan. Manager escalation was not available. Dont use these jokers.

So many wonderful people working here. Kind, compassionate, professional, empowered and efficient. They get it done. I had issues with dosing, uploading, I.T. issues, everything got worked out. QA was great for intervening and getting everyone back on track. We discussed the additives, and it is nice to know the providers have options and can reach out to the dispensing pharmacies to correct issues and redirect RX's to alternate locations that can provide additive free products for those of us who have sensitivities.((MCAS)) Services, followups, calls, texts, emails, provider communication A+++. Now, let's hope that 1st dose settles in just fine for me. OH BOY.
