This is a scam and a false promise. They’ll take your money and ignore you when you’re asking questions or for your money back. Absolutely disgusted

I have been called back when high call volume. My provider was so thoughtful and very clear and yet heard me out also even though i know the business is overwhelmed with new patients. He was just amazing and literally sent my prescription to the pharmacy as we spoke. I am so pleased at how i have been treated and will continue with this company.

They tell you that you will not be charged until your medication is approved. That is simply not true. I have cancelled everything and somehow, despite taking my 79 dollars in an instant, it will take them up to 10 days to return my money. False advertising. This company is fake and not to be trusted. Customer service through the phone number was the fastest way to get them to cancel - just say you want to talk to a person when the robot gives you options. Will update this review if I actually recover my money.

Horrible! The worst company ever!!!!! DO NOT be fooled by them. They will take your money and never send the product! They owe me $129.00. I have called and sent emails and no one has gotten back with me. So I had my credit card company refund me the money. I'll let them deal with it.

My Tirzepitide was delivered on a 90 degree day, and the insulated container was extremely warm inside. No cold coming from “ice packs “ inside, not even any condensation in the bottle. I trusted what the instructions said about not being an issue, and in two weeks I’ve gained back 5 pounds. I’m more than a little disappointed and frustrated. The price was great, but that really doesn’t matter if the efficacy is zero when you receive it.
