BE AWARE!! Horrible company approved me for higher does since already taking, got approved only to find out they are sending starting does. Called to cancel they will only cancel 5 months out if the 6 month ordered. Then I received a message stating they will refund full amount & I received a call (caller came up as Embody) asking what card I needed the refund on. Total fraud!!! This so called caller representative assured he was from Embody refund department & had all my information that Embody had, ended up taking 500$ out of my account. Now I'm waiting to see if any refund is coming & dealing with my bank for the unauthorized 500$ Also they did not use any pharmacy that was listed on their site, they are sending my medicine from a 1 star pharmacy that has had their license suspended due to not passing sterile regulations.

the worse NP and customer service ever. I waited nearly three weeks for my correct dosage. I was first prescribed 64 unites a week due to being on wegovy pill previously. Was told that this was way to high by my PCP. the next NP looked at me shocked when i told her and also said that's way to high and DONT TAKE IT. That she would fix it for me and I would get a new prescription. Nothing happened from that. Called again for a THIRD np to be shocked noone did anything to "escalate" it for me. Called every day for support and escalation. Begged for a supervisor called THREE TIMES with nothing. customer service made me repeat my story 12 times and would always ask for hold and then ask the same questions once they were back. Finally just cancelled my subscription but was told I cant get a refund due to the CORRECTED DOSAGE AFTER THREE WEEKS was already shipped out. After they cancelled the order is when I finally got the notification the pharmacy shipped it. Buyer beware. MY SUBSCRIPTION BETTER BE CANCELLED
