Awful. Ordered on August 10th. Waiting on pharmacy to fill and ship order since then. When I tried to cancel my order this morning I get some bs about federal law...... cancel anytime 100% refund is an absolute lie. They do not care about getting the product to you.... they only care about taking the $438 from your bank.

The provider was very nice and professional and polite and she made my appointment go by well was even cut off at one point and was able to rejoin the video call with her after being disconnected and she was right there to answer

My experience with this company was frustrating from start to finish. I requested multiple times that my medication be placed on hold pending clarification of dosage requirements. Those requests were apparently ignored or not properly documented, and the medication was shipped anyway. When I explained the situation, customer service refused a refund based solely on the fact that the medication had already been delivered, without acknowledging that I had previously asked for the shipment to be paused. The lack of communication, follow-up, and accountability was extremely disappointing.

They are a joke and health concern they ship when you not home or on vacation even if you tell them way before the script is filled so your script will go bad they will not hold the shipping and still bill you and your outand have to file a claimwith your CC or bank , They will not give you pharmacy information they are not clear there a 3rd party olny and know nothing or give out there contact information, they ship 90 day supply in one container that is a health hazard, it clearly states discard after 30 days after its punctured but the give you 90 day supply in on container, This Co is a get rich scam stay away, lack of knowledge support, no health standards , and not open with customers on shiping , Dr or pharmacy information and hide pharmacy information and don't do Dr checks... don't chance your health ! I have sent off there meds for purity testing on top of the other issues they made . Update, I have asked to speak with a manager, and your Co said over a recorded line , this isn't and issue to escalate it to a manger and hung up on me so Keep posting lies on here it ain't going help your reviews... People stay away they lie and scammed people..
