great all around. I would like to be able to set consultation for following dose on app vice calling for appt.

Just started using and hope it works as well as my former company. Now on 7.5mg.

The call wait time is very long but once you get someone on the line they are willing to try to help you. The virtual appts are informative. I wish the portal updated quicker. I wish when more than one med is ordered they are accepted at the same time. Its confusing thinking one was approved but not the other. I'm still waiting for the tirzepatide to confirm. Overall I had some struggles getting ansers but i was persistent in trying and did get some very informative customer service people on the line and I was happy with that as well as the NP i spoke with. She was very helpful and informative.
