Ordered a week ago, haven't heard a word. Have reached out to customer service, got an auto-generated email back basically saying to be patient. Emailed again with a little more urgency, still nothing. I've cancelled and asked for my money back... fingers crossed I wasn't scammed Edit: currently on hold trying to get a refund. It’s been 33 minutes so far. Edit: a refund has been started after 55 minutes.

Trying to give them the benefit of doubt however, it seems they have fixed nothing. After reading these reviews, it seems nothing has changed. I was initially told my order would ship in 3-5 days and then 5-7 days. Tomorrow marks the 7th day and the order status is still the same, “to be shipped”. After a few online chats, I was told my order would be escalated to ship, nothing has happened so far. Seems as if they are over promising and can’t meet their own commitments.
