NOT EVEN ONE STAR It just made me highlight them all....I ordered, first order showed up fine. Second order, I was billed, two weeks later, no delivery, 3 weeks still no, Still no credit to my account.SCAM...DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO. I did ask them to delay my order (Reasons) .They responded and seemed great. BUT.. .given the dates I asked and the dates they told me. I would have still received this week. THE customer service with that was great. BUT now I am at the point I should have my meds, and still do not...BUT was still billed two weeks ago.. NO MEDS, No RESPONSE

My first ordered arrived today very well packaged and sent Fedex next day air with ice packs still frozen. So far very happy.

I wish this site would allow you to respond to responses on your review. It's easy for these companies to twist the narrative in their favor with no repercussions.

Stay away from this company! Had some pretty significant side effects after taking the first dose. Not bad enough to call 911 or go the emergency room ( at least yet), but bad enough that when I called to talk to support the phone greeter in care support said she would escalate my ticket to a clinician from their clinic That was 24 hours ago. Still no call. That’s a huge red flag if they’re too busy dealing with other escalated issues. And if you try to schedule an appointment online appointments book up in nanoseconds. As soon as appointment is available, it’s taken.. Stay far away from this company. It’s borderline criminal what they’re doing. I hope some files a class action suit against this company soon. I bet you they respond quicker to this negative comment than to my escalated ticket! Update: just like I thought it took quicker for them to respond to my review then to have a clinician call me. Absolutely terrible service.
