I ordered from this company and they took money from my account the same day. It has been over a week after trying to call and email with no response. DO MOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Great experience

Everything went well

Signed up a week ago. They charged my card immediately! Emailed them this morning asking when it will be approved. They told me to call. On hold 1/2 hour and gave up. I think this is a scam

My experience with Embody was horrible. I placed my order on 07/31 i gave it a week like they said, I have not heard from them, so I called them. Could not get in touch when no one I will email them. And all they kept telling me was that they were investigate and nothing they charge me the same day. I placed the order which is fine. I call them and finally got someone on the phone. I gave him my info, and then they told me to hold on, and they hung up on me. Now I call my bank and I put a dispute, and these people dared to email me, tell me that day, one and they're crazy, i am not the only one I have other people that we order together. And the same thing is happening to them Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I signed up they took my money. They waited 48 hours to hear from the doctor for my consultation. So I called after messages, AI hang ups, overseas, apologies, them telling me no appointment available they put my ticket in for an appointment and I will here from a doctor in 24 to 48 hours. It is now Wednesday 48 hours that is from Monday. I called Tuesday same thing. I called Wednesday same thing. No solutions just apologies. The overseas person put a third ticket in and let’s see what happens. This is just to get approval to get prescription. Have not started medication yet or shipment. I guess you get what you pay for. To be continued. Part 2 Well I got an appointment for today. However when got on the call the doctor said there was no intake form. But they had my money. So I could not proceed. So called again. After 45 minutes on the phone. Was told that my intake form was being reviewed by a doctor and they would reach out to me. However that was since Monday. Again a so called ticket was being made. Again 24 to 48 hours. Someone would get ahold of me. Still no answers no prescriptions no answers. They have my money. Pat answers apologizes but no solutions.

I don’t have any complaints.
