Great communication, very well explained

Provide more progress information about status of each case in different ways like email, messages , please identify with ID, the name of the Company Embody ID of the caller

The nurse practitioner I spoke to was kind and considerate. Her name was Suzanne. She explained my medication thoroughly and was able to clear up a few things that were a bit confusing for me.

UPDATE: They have reshipped my meds so we'll see of it arrives chilled. They initially charged me for one replacement but issued a credit. I decided to take a chance and Order My tirzepatide, sermorelin and nads from this company and the customer service has just been terrible. I have constantly had to call them. I've had to follow up multiple times on the same issues. They're not paying attention. My medication now has started to arrive PIPPING HOT so they mix it with liquid and then send it out in the mail without any ice and it's all arriving hot which means it's destroyed it breaks down the medication and the proteins inside. So just be very very careful.
