Signed up with Embody then started getting texts about my upcoming appointment but was actually not scheduled for an appointment. After a week with no call or email to schedule, I called customer support for my initial appointment. I ticket was created but never got a call or email. After another 4 days I emailed customer support and was sent a link to schedule the initial appointment. Two days later I waited for the phone call for the initial appointment and no one ever called. Went into the chat and was told to make another appointment. Thankfully there was another appointment same day and I actually got a phone call for that and was told that the medicine was approved and would arrive in a week. Hopefully, we're on track now but we'll see when the medicine shows up.

The physician was very polite and was also stern on knowing my health background what I thought was an A+
