UPDATE! The dosing combination and amount I was prescribed sent me to the ER. I went to follow up at my Primary Care office. The doctor there said that the dosaging this company is giving is unheard of. He said I was the third person to come into his office after complications from this company's product within 2 weeks time. It gave one person pancreatic issues, it made me have kidney pain, and one lady passed away after having kidney failure after using their products.

The product itself is great. The patient support team which they claim they are available 24/7 is false. If you do reach them, they will put you on hold call or chat for a while. Then the result is always the same reply: "Someone will get back to you in 24-48 hours". Which DOES NOT happen, by the way. I'm just trying to complete this 3 month subsctiption and I'm cancelling it. In the first video call follow-up with the consultant, their camera was off. Not professional at all. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But, always the same result. No immediate answer to a simple question as: "When will I receive my next refill if I completed the refill form today?"

Easy & fast, though there was some confusion about the initial appointment set up and missing sn appointment i did not ever schedule.

Easy to speak with the nurse and she understood my questions and explained clearly

They will not send your medication out on time and you will have to call customer service all the time. Top it off that customer service is the absolute worse and politely tell u to bad to whatever your problem is

This company is a scam. Paid for meds that I never received. Reached out to support via chat, email, and phone. They’d pass me along and say “someone will reach out from the pharmacy/shipping team within 24 hours-48 hours.” I’d wait the 48 hours and nobody would contact me. I’d reach back out to support asking about my order; only to get a new support person who would say the same thing. They came up with various excuses for why I couldn’t be refunded. Never received the meds and finally gave up. This was roughly $100 down the drain.
