Answered my questions and was thorough with future weight loss plan/goals. My only concern was that I get my refill by Thursday 12:00 PM as I’m going on vacation through Sun the 13th. It needs to be refrigerated. As of now I’m out and I don’t want to miss a dose before my trip. Thx.

Unethical
Unethical, unprofessional, unorganized !
Do not use. Started in Jun 2026, never shipped July, tried to ship August on the 23 of the month. I was very frustrated with their process and delays from to actual shipping. The standard response “We hear you” ! Tried to charge me August . Disputed through credit card company, the charge was reversed! Save your money for a reputable company!

We’re sorry that the delays you experienced left you feeling frustrated and disappointed. We understand your concerns after starting in June, not receiving a shipment the following month, and then seeing another attempted charge while you were still waiting for your medication.
We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your account, order history, and billing activity to understand what happened and where the process broke down. Please reach out to our support team with your account details so we can properly investigate your concerns.

Great first month. Absolute disaster after that.
My first month with Embody was great. The medication arrived quickly, everything went smoothly, and I had no complaints. Unfortunately, that experience completely fell apart when it came time for my second month.
I submitted my refill request, was charged, and then waited for the medical approval. According to their website this process takes max 1-2 days. I had to call 3 times and finally it processed 10 days after they debited my card. When I tried to get answers, I discovered just how little Embody apparently cares about customer service once they already have your money.
The customer service experience was absolutely unacceptable. When I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund because I STILL have not received my medication, I was told—very rudely—that Embody cannot cancel or refund a prescription once it has been sent to the pharmacy. Apparently, sending a prescription to a pharmacy means Embody considers the transaction complete, even if the customer never receives the medication.
So let me get this straight: they can take my money, send a prescription to a pharmacy, and then wash their hands of the situation. Whether I actually receive the medication apparently isn't their problem.
That is not customer service. That's "we already have your money, good luck."
I am now having to contact my credit card company to pursue a refund for medication I paid for but did not receive.
Embody is only interested in getting you through the door and collecting that first payment, but much less interested in actually supporting you afterward.
If you are considering Embody, my advice is to think twice. A smooth first month doesn't mean much if the company falls apart when there is a problem. When you're dealing with medication, you should be able to expect responsive customer service, reasonable communication, and someone willing to take ownership when something goes wrong.
Instead, I got a rude response and essentially a "not our problem" attitude.
First month: 5 stars.
Second month: 0 stars.
Customer service: 0 stars.
I will absolutely not be using Embody again, and I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.

We’re sorry that your experience changed so dramatically after what had been a positive first month. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait 10 days for your refill to process after being charged, especially after you had to contact support multiple times for an update.
We’re also sorry that your request to cancel and seek a refund left you feeling dismissed. We understand that, from your perspective, the medication had not been received and you were still trying to get the situation resolved.
Your feedback about communication, ownership, and the refill process is important to us. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your account, refill timeline, and cancellation/refund request to understand where the process broke down. Please reach out to our support team with your order details so we can properly investigate and address your concerns.
