The NP I spoke to was a great listener. I misunderstood the dosing and she determined that I took too much. She came up with a plan for my severe diarrhea. I really appreciated her thoroughness and empathy.

I was started in a very low dosage and I was using 60 units with my previous program. Jassy assisted me and was able to get me an appointment for today. Jassy was extremely helpful and very professional. She’s an asset to your company.

I felt listened to and, most importantly, I felt that my concerns were genuinely heard and addressed. From the time I signed up to my appointment was less than a week, which I was very happy with. The process was quick, easy, and straightforward. My prescription was approved, and I’m expecting to receive it within the next week, making the total process about two weeks from signing up to receiving my medication. Compared to how long I likely would have waited to get an appointment and prescription through my primary care provider, this was much faster and much more convenient. So far, I’m very pleased with my experience with Embody and would definitely recommend giving them a try.
