I suspect that the "customer service" is mostly AI. None of the correspondence I've received has been more than very vague gibberish, never addressing my concerns. I have a prescription from a REAL doctor for a higher dosage. I have sent it to Embody five times now and they refuse to acknowledge it. They take your money, but after that you are ON YOUR OWN. If you're lucky, you receive a product (of questionable quality) but it will be at the lowest dose. I am reporting them for creditcard fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS! After posting this review I got ANOTHER AI generated (or idiot generated) response from Embody offering to waste MORE of my time by reaching out to their "customer care team," as though I hadn't done that MULTIPLE times already. SCAMMERS! Do NOT give these SCUM your money!

Scam company that is performing medical fraud. They charge for visits that are not done or even scheduled. When called, they put you on hold for 30 mins or more and give you the run around.

If everything works out the way it was laid out, this will be wonderful. I am excited with this program and have been waiting a long time to be on an affordable GLP 1. La Shell was fantastic and has excellent customer service skills.

Miguel was very helpful and has offered to help me with the refill requests. He seems to really care. Also, he was very thorough with answering all my questions.
