My first month with Embody was great. I received my tirzepatide vial four days after approval. Then month two happened. I’ve now been waiting nearly two weeks for my medication. I was told it would be expedited. Apparently, “expedited” means absolutely nothing. One representative told me it could take 7 days. Another said 10 days. Another said 3–4 days. I was told twice my prescription was ready, only to be told the next day that it wasn’t ready after all. And let’s talk about the pricing. I signed up ONE DAY before Embody offered their “locked-in-for-life” $119 tirzepatide promotion. Their standard price was $129. I asked if they could simply honor the $119 price since I had literally signed up one day before the promotion. They refused. I then asked what would happen if I cancelled my account and signed up again to get the deal, or signed up through one of their sister companies that advertise what appears to be the same Em vial lables and the same pricing just a different company name. I was told I could do that, but I would have to start the dosage process all over again. So let me get this straight: I can potentially cancel my existing account, sign up somewhere else, and start the whole process over just to get a price that was offered ONE DAY AFTER I SIGNED UP? That is absolutely ridiculous. And honestly, the whole sister-company situation is starting to feel shady as hell from a customer's perspective. Different company names, similar pricing, similar-looking medication ads. Is this how they reel back in unhappy Embody customers by using a different company name to just screw customers all over again? Where I'm sitting, it looks like a very convenient way to keep customers in the same ecosystem without actually fixing the problems. I've been off Tirzepatide for a week and gained some weight back that I lost during my first month due to this BS company delayed shipping. And what really pisses me off is that I'm not even asking for anything unreasonable. I just want the medication I paid for, accurate information about when I'm going to receive it, and customer service that doesn't give me a different story every time I ask a question. I've also seen an alarming number of recent negative reviews from people dealing with similar issues. Why the hell are you spending so much money on ads every online social media platforms? Seriously. Stop spending so much on ads and paying off WebMD to list Embody as a top choice glp-1 provider. Your Trustpilot rating is tanking at the fastest pace I've ever seen before with any other company. Invest some of that money into customer service, prescription processing, and shipping logistics.Because what's the point of getting new members to sign up if you can't keep up with your pre-existing members? And if your business model is to give people a great first month, then let everything go to s#it by month two, that's a pretty damn terrible way to run a business and a fast tract to becoming a tanking & bankrupt company. I signed up expecting reliable service. Instead, I'm getting inconsistent communication, delayed medication, and a whole lot of frustration. Get your s#it together.

We’re sorry that your experience changed so significantly after what had been a positive first month. We understand how frustrating it is to wait nearly two weeks for a refill while receiving different estimates about when your medication will be ready and shipped. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your account, refill status, and pricing concerns so we can better understand what happened and address the issues you’ve raised. Please reach out to our support team with your account details so we can ensure your concerns are reviewed by the appropriate team. - Embody Team

Horrible scam! Don’t do this to yourself! RUN! I ordered a month ago! My shipment was returned to them due to being in transit for a week in over 100 degree weather. All of which they can verify by tracking information. I contacted them for a replacement the next day and was told someone would contact me within 48 hours. After multiple calls, emails, and chat initiated by me, I was told the same “one of our representatives will contact you.” 3 weeks from my first email I received a reply email. Want to guess what it said?! You got it, “someone will review your concerns and get back to you.” A month later no product, no refund, and no human decency to contact a customer to resolve a potential long term customer’s concern. Which all could have been avoided with basic customer service skills that first 48 hours.

We’re sorry that your experience became so frustrating, particularly after your shipment was returned and you reached out promptly for a replacement. We also understand your frustration that, after a month, you were still without the medication or a refund. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your order, and tracking information to understand what happened and why the replacement or refund was not resolved sooner. Please reach out to our support team with your account details so we can make sure your concerns are properly reviewed and addressed. - Embody Team
