Stated good, but went downhill quickly
My first order from intake to meds being received was an acceptable 5 days. When it came time to refill, the request refill form became available on the day of my 4th injection. I completed the form, and my prescription was sent to the pharmacy on 9/3/2026. Since then I receive daily emails telling me there is a "slight delay" in shipping. I reached out to customer service today 9/8 asking when my meds will ship and am now being told they won't ship for 7-10 business days after the refill form is completed. This puts me 1 week behind treatment, and because their instructions say to throw away the vial after the 4th injection I have nothing to cover that next shot. Customer service ended a chat with me while i was asking questions so I called and when I asked what i was supposed to do when they create a gap in care, I was hung up on. I was happy with my initial round, but it seems that once they have your, money and you feel good about the service, they show their true colors.

We’re sorry that your experience changed so quickly after what had been a smooth first month. We understand how frustrating it is to complete a refill request and then receive repeated notices about a delay, only to later learn that your medication may not ship for another 7–10 business days. We’re also sorry that your attempts to get guidance from customer service ended without the answers you needed. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your refill, shipment timeline, and previous interactions with our team to understand what caused the delay and how your concerns were handled. Please reach out to our support team with your account details so we can ensure this is properly investigated and addressed. - Embody Team
