Embody has a great customer service team. Dr Occy was very attentive. I felt heard. Not often do you get a company that listens to your needs and responds to your requests. Embody has been nothing but helpful and responsive. I chose to switch to them because their program was precise and not redundant. They have a great plan that is precise, explains every detail in full, and leaves you with no questions of what to expect. I am glad that I switched to Embody. It gives me peace of mind knowing that there is a company out there that really truly is dedicated to their patient care.

Other than the wait to get an appointment (about 4 weeks) everything else went fine.

Advertise that medical review will occur within 24 hours. It has been 6 days and no medical review. Asked to cancel subscription and refund my payment and refused to do so.

This Company has prescriptions to be taken every 4 weeks, but doesn't ship until 30 days.. This leaves the patient without thier prescriptions for 2-4 days. Not a good or healthy business model. When I reached out to them I was told they sent the prescription to the pharmacy 9/4/26 and it takes 2-4 business days to go through!? Meanwhile, my shot day is the 9th and there's an upcoming weekend and holiday. Today is Wednesday the 9th (day of shot) and it still hasn't shipped. Someone needs to explain to them that 4 weeks is not 30 days and they need to get the ball rolling sooner, especially if it takes 2-4 days or LONGER to ship. Very bad business model.

I was very happy with the service that was provided. They listen to me and understood that I needed to change of medication went over side effects very clearly and instructed on my new prescription very efficient and the gal was very helpful.

The provider was very nice and made sure I understood everything she went over and made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. The meeting did not feel rushed at all.

I felt very comfortable with the PA she was great

Helpful and attentive staff answered any questions I had really quick. Friendly and knowledgeable.
