I found the sign-up process to be straightforward and appreciated the variety of payment options offered. However, despite being prescribed two different medications, the delivery time did not meet the advertised "fast delivery" standard, as it took approximately 10 days to receive the medication. Additionally, my experience with customer service was disappointing; representatives were unable to address my inquiries, and the service was consistently unavailable, which significantly impacted my overall experience.

It was easy to get the appointment and the provider listed, understood and made the corrections.
