SEPT 4, 2026 SIGNED UP, next step a call within 24 hrs from them SEPT 6 2026 CHARGED me 3 months of meds ($378.) plus $45 upcharge for "better service" - I only signed up for one month ($119), and no up charge! SEPT 7 2026 I called to ask why no phone call and about the huge fee difference, they said first medical appt available was Sept 16th. And that 3 months paid ahead is their plan, plus upcharge. SCAM. I said I want to cancel, - 'that is not possible' - over an hour on the phone. I CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP online in my profile. SEPT 10 2026 I received an email stating my prescription was approved and sent to pharmacy. I called immediately and said I never had a consult, I don't even know what dose they are sending, you over charged me, AND I canceled my account 3 days ago etc. They were not able to escalate the call, there is only one phone number and it's general scripted answers. I was assured that an escalation person would call in 24-48 hours. - over an hour on the phone.

Terrible!!!! I would NOT recommend this company. Customer service is severely flawed, systems do not work effectively or efficiently. I waited two weeks for a subscription (Sermorelin which I had already been prescribed) to be filled, no email follow-up after payments NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever. I had to call (chat bot is a waste of time) spoke to a rep for 30 minutes as she tried to figure out what happened to my order. Finally she says a nurse would reach me by phone, but that’s a waste of time because their phone/videochat appointments don’t actually happen. I waited on a video chat for 30 minutes, doctor never showed up. They won’t refund you, even if they haven’t looked at your case or prescribed anything, you can’t get money back. And when they do prescribe you, the wait is FOREVER takes 7-10 business days MINIMUM, I’ve gotten prescriptions from better brands within 2-5 business days MAX, So beware, this company is not good AT ALL. And TRUST ME, they will disappoint.

Having come from Noom, this is a terrible experience. The initial vial was sent a couple days late, no problem. The second month refill form was filled out when they unlocked it and I was told I would get the medication from a new pharmacy. It's been a week, my dose is due today and the pharmacy still has not confirmed the order. I'm highly disappointed with Embody. I contact support and get copy & paste responses, no real answers to my questions. It's sad to see how the medical industry is turning into a Wal-Mart type environment. No real care, no real help, no real anything. Just take my money ASAP and hope I don't need your companies help. This SUCKS! The price is not worth the headache. Spend the extra $25 - $50 and sleep better.

Everything explained thoroughly. Didn't feel rushed. Was happy with my experience.

It’s been 4 weeks and I don’t have my medication that I was charged for. I’ve waiting on a provider in a virtual waiting room for 3 visits, over 5 hours total, and still haven’t been seen. Told that I have to wait 3 more weeks to see a provider that may or may not show. Horrible customer service.

Just little work to be sure the client understands the refill program so you don't miss a dose. Early E Mails & text would be helpful. It takes longer to get you med's so we need to do everything early. Everyone has been helpful and kind. The nurse practicer was today was more than great and helpful. Thank You, Donna Hunt
