timely resolution

Filed a refill but system for some reason did not enter it. Which throws my shots off a week.

Be cautious of fraud. They trick you into subscribing. I only paid for 1 month supply and they subscribed me to keep paying monthly. I didnt fill out the refill form and they still charged me. I called customer service and they said it doesn’t matter if i fill the refill form or not they’re going to keep charging me and won’t refund me. I thought i was paying for the medication not subscription? Horrible scamming company.

The call I had with the physicians was good. I think the company has little glitches with operations. I was already charged. Then I was approved. And now I have no tracking yet.

The provider was very considerate. I didn’t feel rushed at all and all of my issues were handled with professionalism.

I was looking and talking to my doctor about taking a GLP and we tried to get my insurance to cover and it wouldn't and then all of a sudden I started to see the commercials Embody all over the Internet especially on Facebook so when I saw that I started to read up about it and I went to the doctor special to talk to him and he said it's definitely worth a try So that's the first time I bought the item and I like that it's only one day a month and it's one small injection and that the injection does not hurt within the first month I lost some weight and the second month too now I'm going onto the third month you know I'm not rushing the way off but it's going off slowly if needed you can always get Suport online or speak to a provider online I also like that every month they changing your prescription to higher dose I do get constipated on this so I started taking some fiber and that helps it controls appetite very well after like the third day the first 2 -3 days that you take the injection for me I became nauseous and threw up but as the months go by now I'm not filling up anymore When I had some technical questions about the medication I was able to call the pharmacy directly and speak to them This is definitely a medicine to help you lose weight and keep it off Wish anyone the best on it and don't think all the weight is gonna come off in one day but it comes off every day slowly The people that answer the phone when you call they're very nice people and they couldn't work with you It's worth trying it I give them five stars
