I signed up and was disappointed to…
UPDATE: A provider contacted me and said he put in my prescription. I received it a week later. Customer service also called and apologized for the whole incident. I am going to subscribe again as the whole process was actually great after speaking with a provider. I signed up and was disappointed to find that the earliest available provider appointment was nearly a month away. I had already been charged and would have been charged a second time before receiving any services. When I contacted customer support about my concerns, I was told to keep my phone nearby because I would receive a call within 24–48 hours. No one called. After contacting support again, they scheduled an appointment for the following morning at 7:10 a.m. I had my phone with me the entire time, but I never received a call. When I logged in afterward, the appointment was incorrectly marked as missed. I contacted support again to find out what happened, but they would not provide an explanation. They simply told me I would need to wait for my original appointment

We’re very sorry for the experience you’ve had, particularly after being charged before receiving services and then experiencing repeated issues with provider scheduling and communication. Being promised a callback within 24–48 hours, receiving no call, and then having a scheduled appointment marked as missed when you were available would understandably be extremely frustrating. We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and accountability throughout this process. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your account, appointment history, cancellation, and refund request so we can understand what went wrong and make sure your concerns are properly addressed. - Embody Team
