Great communication and reasonably fast shipping. Took a week from my order to receive it. I forgot to log in and ask for a dosage increase before my 3rd dose, so one more month at a lower dose... However, once I asked for the increase, they did it right away. In hindsight, instead of doing the initial online approval, I should have asked to meet with a provider. That might have ensured that I got the right dose to begin with. At my consult, the provider was a native English speaker who knew these medications and side effects well! Easy to increase dose!

She listened to my concerns, she explained everything clearly. I was VERY pleased with the meeting.

My medication was marked "shipped" on August 28th. It finally arrived September 3rd and was warm. I discarded it and contacted support immediately on the same day. They initially told me it can be warm for up to 72 hours. I told them I was not confortable with that and they said my case was escalated, and they would be in touch in 24-48 hours. I sent another email on September 5th and received the same escalation response with another 24-48 hour promised contact on September 8th. Again on September 11th and September 16th. I do not think they will be resolving this and my money has been stolen. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone who wants medication that is properly shipped. The way this situation has been handled is appalling. Update after response from Embody: The response they gave is clearly not specific to my case. Yesterday after I left my review, I was finally contacted only to be informed I will not receive a refund for the product that arrived unusable. They do not care about my experience and refuse to take accountability for the fact that they did not properly ship my medication.

The Embody Doctor was friendly and answered all of my questions.

They sucker you in with cheap pricing but then they can't keep up with the demand. Medication is super delayed with shipping. Don't sign up if you want to be able to be consistent with taking your shot weekly. Also they will fight you tooth and nail about getting a refund despite the fact they're the ones not following through with delivering the product that was paid for in advance.

The provider was so kind. It felt like she was speaking to me and listening to me and not just trying to check off boxes.
