This company is unethical and steals from their customers. I was on their $79 Compound Semaglutide subscription. I received the first order for first month promptly and charged $79. Before I received my second month order I was charged $7.10 without any explanation. Then for my next order I was charged $129 for compound Tirzepatide which I never ordered or recieved. Instead they sent me another vial of Compound Semaglutide late so I was unable to stay on the schedule that their physician wrote up for me. Since I was now charged for the Tirzepatide I called multiple times, texted customer support, and emailed to ask for the refund of the difference I was overcharged for a product I never even received and they said no. In essence, they stole $57.10 from me by charging me for a higher priced medication that they never sent and instead sent me one that is $57.10 cheaper. They are an unethical company who has the worst customer support and the worst business owners. Do not join Embody. I am so disappointed in them. I had such high hopes.

Same complaint, have not received my 1st prescription it's been 3 weeks. I've emailed numerous times, Is this a scam? Is this company in financial trouble? What a terrible way to run a company. If you cannot fulfill the orders take down your website! Stop false advertising.

The doctor or nurse was really compassionate and treated me like a person

From the very first order I have had nothing but trouble. My first delivery was late, and I missed a shot because of it. My payment for this month's medication was taken out on 9/2/26 and it is now 9/17/26 and I still don't have my medication. I am 2 shots behind now. Customer service is a joke. They just say I can understand why you are upset but it's with the pharmacy so you just need to wait. The processing time according to them is anywhere between 3-10 days. Well Embody look into it.

I signed up on Aug 16., received on Aug 24. Received an email for a refill payment on the 8th of September, only to be double charged for an item that I hadn’t even had in my possession for 30 days. Call to dispute the double charge, spoke to Maria for 47mins only to be told that she had to put in a ticket because she can’t fix it. Today I received an email stating that I will not get a refund unless I was medically disqualified. You will refund my money, don’t bother responding to this review with “please reach out to our team”, done that and you have proved to me that on several occasions it’s not going to be corrected. So I have filed a claim with my bank and the BBB.

I got charged for two months, but only got one vial. I emailed 8 times without any response, so then I cancelled my subscription because I didn't want to get charged AGAIN and still not received the month before's medication. There is NO communication. I can't get anyone to respond to anything. DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. JUST AS A FOLLOW UP - STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY MONEY, NOR ANY COMMUNICATION OTHER THAN THE BELOW RESPONSE.

Very slow shipping. They removed the money from the bank on 9/8 and 10 days later, I still don’t have my medication. They are telling me another 7-10 days because they are delayed due to being busy. And I received a notice that the next payment will be processed in 18 days. Nope- these delays are not worth $20 saving.

I ordered 8/4 and only one prescription shipped. I’ve called numerous times and they say someone will call…no one has. I do not recommend this company. They take your money and do not ship the product! BUYER BEWARE
