I would like for people to know, that Embody is NOT straightforward with their advertisements. They advertise, "Get your weight loss meds in 1 - 2 days" "In ONE DAY, provider writes an RX" "WITHIN ONE DAY - Your order SHIPS from our licensed US pharmacies" I am currently on day 4 after I've ordered, and the medication is NOT compounded, nor has it even shipped. They the tell me that " MEDICATION TAKES 5 TO 7 DAYS TO COMPOUND". So, to me, their advertisements are lies. Had I known that up front, I would have gone with another company. But they get your money, then say, "Oh, there's been a delay.... [knowing all along their compounding pharmacies take 5 to 7 days] . That's not right. Victoria W

Don't reply to your calls, do not bother to give you the right answer, I was not surprised to see 3.7 reviews rate. Don't deal with them at all.

All my questions were answered. The PA was very knowledgeable and helpful.

She listened and answered my questions.

Received dangerous/wrong dosage. Standard customer support is ignoring my emails and calls. I need an Account Manager to contact me immediately to issue a correction before I report this to the State Board of Pharmacy.

If you're considering this company as your GLP-1 provider. DON'T! I canceled the first time I signed up because they could "NOT" provide the medication on time. Once I canceled, the medication showed up. So I thought it might have been a one-off. But now I have been waiting 8 days for my second round, and all I am getting is a message each night that they are sorry for the delay. I am due to take my next round of medication and still have no medication. Read the reviews; they are true. They can't provide the GLP 1 on time, so unless you want a call, chat on the website to track down your order consistently. Find a different provider. Who knows when I will receive my GLP 1. As of now, I will be at least 3 days behind if it ships today. As of today, 9/20/2026, I keep getting updates that they can't fill my prescription. I ordered my refill on 09/10/2026.

The process to get your prescription is straight forward and easy. However, it takes at least 2 weeks to get your first prescription. Once your refil form pops up on the portal, you are told it will be there before your next dose. It does not. Prescriptions are delayed everytime. Customer service is no help and your will NOT receive a refund. Total scam. After they "reached out" to me regarding my review, I got the EXACT same response ive gotten for months...we are sorry for the delay, but your prescription will be sent out as soon as possible. Its all talk. Their deliver is always delayed, no matter what.

They're companies really good they addressed all my questions and concerns and the plan of care was very clear and precise.
