This company is a scam!
This company is a scam! I signed up for the month to month plan. I gave them my payment information and they processed a payment for the 3 month plan. I immediately contacted them and asked them to change it to a month to month for the lesser charge to clear my account. They siad they could not change it. It would change on the next payment. I asked them to cancel all together. They said they can cancel it and leave the credit on my account but refuse to refund the money when they took 3 times what I gave permission for. I asked for proof of cancellation and they claimed to have sent the email. i never received it. I have screenshot all of the chat because it can not be saved or printed. I had to contact my bank and pay for a stop payment to avoid the charges being processed on my account. They are a total scam and dishonest. I refuse to do business with any company that is charging more than I gave permission for. Then they are unwilling to change the amount to the monthly charge. If they care cheating me out of money, what else are they going to cheat me on? I don't trust thm to deliver a product if they can't even create and bill my account correctly. HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
