I paid. They kept telling me there was a delay i. Processing. I kept getting the runaround. And they told me I had to do a Telehealth video call so I did that. The person doing the video call had no idea why they had to do the video call either. It's been a month they've never shipped a thing and they refuse to give a refund.

Embody customer care came through with a thumbs up.
I have a new opinion on Embody customer care. I previously gave Embody a terrible rating. I have since spoken to “Edward”, my personal care representative. He explained the unexpected rise in provider scheduling due to the popularity of the medication. He has assured me that I have a new appt, I should be receiving my medication today and my next billing has been pushed out almost a month - or at least until I start to use my semeglutide.
I am looking forward to starting on my journey. Edward has also given me his direct line for any questions I may have going forward.
Thank you Embody for making things right.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
**Extremely Disappointing Experience — Medication Shipped Without Meaningful Provider Consultation**
My experience with Embody has been deeply concerning and frustrating. I purchased Tirzepatide and NAD+ through their service, and although the medication was shipped to me, I have still been unable to have a meaningful consultation with a provider.
I have scheduled more than seven appointments. On multiple occasions, providers told me they could not access my chart because there appeared to be a duplicate chart or another technical issue. I was repeatedly told that messages had been sent to the IT department, yet the problem remained unresolved. One provider even told me that my chart did not contain an intake form, which raises an obvious and serious question: how was medication prescribed and shipped if the required clinical intake information was not available in my chart?
I have called customer service repeatedly and have been told several times that management would contact me within 24–48 hours. Those promised callbacks did not occur. Communication has been extremely difficult, and I have received repeated assurances without meaningful resolution.
I have also emailed Embody support multiple times at their OpenLoop/Zoho support address. Instead of responses addressing my specific concerns regarding portal access, my chart, provider appointments, and the clinical review of my medications, I repeatedly received generic responses that appeared automated and did not resolve the underlying problems.
What concerns me most is that I do not believe a patient should be placed in the position of receiving and potentially administering prescription medication without first having an appropriate opportunity to speak with the prescribing provider, review medical history, discuss dosing, understand risks and side effects, and ask questions.
At this point, I have lost confidence in the clinical and administrative process and have requested a full refund. My issue is not simply poor customer service—it is the apparent disconnect between medication fulfillment and access to the healthcare professional responsible for the prescription.
Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage prospective patients to carefully consider whether they are comfortable with this model before paying for treatment. Document every appointment, email, phone call, and promise of follow-up. I wish I had encountered these issues before placing my order.

Embody has failed to fulfill their end…
Embody has failed to fulfill their end of the agreement. They took money from bank account 14 days ago and I've still not received medication. 5 days ago they claimed that physician has finished review and order was being processed. Sadly ive still not heard any confirmation.

What a horrible experience that has…
What a horrible experience that has left me paying $350 dollars for NOTHING. At first I thought it might be a good experience, I completed all the requested info and was told I needed my PCP approval. I thought this was good and that it showed the company was careful but then, while I was going over my monthly bills noticed my credit card had been billed so I went on my Embody account and found that two accounts had been created. One account was pending pcp approval and the other billed my card but no product was shipped. So, at this point what should a person do? The initial contacts that I had did not have the ability to correct the situation so I called my credit card company who immediately closed my account, issued me a credit, sent me a new card and started an investigation. Meanwhile my complaint was received by someone in the right department at embody but I was told since I already contacted my card company that they could not do anything regarding the (FRAUDULENT) charges. Now today I find that the charges where billed again to my new card!!! So who do I contact now regarding the financial fraud, ? I, like so many, live check to check and for Embody to take money from me for nothing is deceitful and shameful.(shame, shame) I really hope that at some point they are audited and have to prove product created versus product shipped and billed.

We’re sorry to hear how frustrating and concerning this billing experience has been. Being charged while you were still waiting for approval and had not received medication, followed by concerns about additional charges after you contacted your card issuer, understandably left you feeling unheard.
We’d like to review the account and billing history carefully, including the duplicate accounts and charges you described, so we can understand what happened and determine what can be done to address your concerns. Please reach out to our support team with your account details so we can investigate this further.
