My provider listened to my concerns and asked questions to make sure he understood concerns.

Customer service was ok but product sucks. Not a single pound lost and I couldn't sleep at night. Very disappointed. To pay $80 a month to lose nothing isn't worth it. I dont even it like I did and sucks. I was on wegovy a month and I did lose but I have to keep seeing the doctor to increase my dosage. They are really taking advantage of obesity epidemic. Just going to starve to lose weight.

From the time I ordered to my visit with the doctor to the shipment of my medication it was all great. I love that they keep me posted the entire step of the process.

She’s speak my lenguage I’m happy thanks she change my dosage because I’m loose on 3 weeks 1 pound I’m not happy whit the resultes but I can’t paid more money if you going to incease my dosage call me before you charge the money in my account please thanks !

Signing up was quick and easy. I got approved almost immediately and me meds was supposed to be shipped within a "couple of days". It's been over a week and I get daily texts saying my order is delayed at the pharmacy. I believe that I won't my meds when I need them. Signed up for 3 months. Paid for 3 months and have zero faith I'll get anything.

She was awesome, answered all my questions. Very professional.
