Speaking on the phone with the nurse practitioner was quick and easy. She understood all of my concerns and resolved them.

I ordered my medication 9/10. They shipped it to Memphis Tennessee, they said the resent it 9/22. I called again tonight 9/29, after waiting 20 minutes and then disconnected I was told it was just verified by pharmacy after 19 days. This is the worst service I have ever received with any product. They sure took the almost 500 dollars on 9/10. They are terrible. I have no idea how the product is because it will be almost a month before I get it. It can take 7-10 days. This medication is refrigerated so that is scaring to me. Warning to anyone out there. I read the reviews and it seemed legit, it is not. It is either a scam or the absolute worst service I have ever experienced in any Industry. I have paperwork to prove it if anyone needs proof of how bad the service is. Update 10/7/26 embody. VS Medications (2) Tirzepatide (Injection) At the pharmacy Running late Dose Instructions 8.5mg Inject 43 units once weekly under the skin. Vial must be discarded 28 days after puncture. Show more Order Date Tracking 09/29/2026 To be shipped This is the 3 rd time they have said it is shipping. It has been almost a month now. Still no medication. Original date 9/10, then 9/24, now 9/29 and it hasn't left the pharmacy???? Do not order from them.

As other customers, they took payment from me and it took 6 days to actually ship. Then it arrived 2 days late all ice pads were melted and the product was 90 degrees. I have spent 5 days on the phone and 15 email exchanges and have no resolution. Now 21 days later still getting the run around and I don't have usable product. Walking away not worth it, BEWARE don't waste your time. UPDATE : this response from Embody was bullcrap. It's been 14 days since I've placed my order and I've not received the tirzepetide. However, I did receive the NAS+ supplement. Each time I've been told it's been large deliveries.. TODAY I was told it is "probably a licensing issue". I am a Nurse Practitioner and that seems incredulous! Also, I've been told the issue will be escalated -;that doesn't help either because it has now been 2 weeks since my last injection. This has been VERY disappointing and I've been requesting a refund. I would never recommend them again. Disappointed in New Jersey
