This company is undoubtedly a zero star company. It has been 2 WEEKS-14 days-since I placed an order for Tirzepatide. It has not shipped and I have missed my injection by over a week now and now my dosing is screwed up. Naturally they took my money right away, but have not fulfilled their end of the deal nor are they doing anything to make it right. I have contacted their customer service at least 6 times now and keep getting the run around that my order is in process, my order is at the pharmacy, sorry we're running behind blah blah blah. Excuse after excuse. I've been told multiple times I was escalated and my order should ship by 9/30. Well here we are at 7:45pm EST on 9/30 and I still have no tracking number. This place needs to be shut down, they are fraudulent. Go to Medvi-a bit more expensive but the experience is 1000% better and you receive your medication within a few days. Their customer service is also top notch and actually helpful.

The phone call with Registered Nurse went great! She answered all my questions and gave me some great info. I am a little hesitant on continuing with Embody due to getting refills late and missing dosages. I am hoping this gets better so I can keep on track with this journey.

I called about being charged and not receiving my product and it was over 2 weeks. Talked to 3 different people whom were very Unhelpful. They refused to let me speak to a manager. They said I would have a call within 24 to 48 hours. No one ever called me back. They need better Costomer service and to speak better English.

Friday two days from now I’m supposed to start my second month. I received several texts and emails stating that my prescription is at the pharmacy being filled that was over a week ago. I called yesterday and they apologized and said they’re backed up. I brought up the point that I’m supposed to start my next month this Friday two days from now. They told me they would contact support and have them rush. This order I received another email today telling me that my prescription is delayed due to so many orders. I mentioned how is this going to affect my weight loss program and they didn’t really respond. They just said we’ll get it out as soon as we can now I’m curious is embody trying to skip out on all those people cause they don’t have the medication keep that in mind if you’re going to use embody, we don’t need any more people being ripped off, especially for those who are trying to lose weight for health benefits.

Provider listened to my thoughts and answered my questions thoroughly.

The provider was helpful with suggestions on additional ways to reduce nausea & very attentive to my needs

I never have a problem with getting in contact with providers and they always make me feel uncomfortable.
