Their meds, just a mix of crap! Degraded, expired, unverified concoction that made me sick! I quickly reported after 3rd injection that this made me so sick and ended up in the emergency clinic! They made me go through loops of video chats, after being promised return contact to finally with with a so called "medical professional" who agreed should get a refund (paid for 6 months) then will reach out to me in 24 to 48 hours to have nurse review and issue refund. Never reached out and ended up calling them. They said they do not give refunds and I'll just have to receive the shipments each month!!!! A SCAM AND I AM OUT $700.00! DONT DO IT! GO WITH A LEGITIMATE COMPANY!

Bait and Switch - the low cost is a gimick I transitioned to Embody from my previous provider, Fella Health, under the explicit written and verbal assurance that my medication dosage would be comparable to my established maintenance dose. Instead, I was prescribed and shipped the lowest entry-level dose. This unauthorized reduction in medication volume and efficacy has completely disrupted my treatment plan, resulting in a rapid reversal of my previous weight loss gains. Furthermore, your operational service has fallen entirely short of acceptable medical care standards: • Failure to Deliver: Shipments have been consistently late, interrupting my strict medication schedule. • Lack of Responsiveness: I have reached out to your team four separate times to raise these critical clinical concerns. Each time, I was promised a return call, only to receive an automated email stating that no one was available. Because the amount of medication provided was a fraction of what was promised, the low price advertised constitutes a deceptive bait-and-switch practice.
