Dane is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions quickly and politely. I do not have a solid opinion about the shipping as I only received 1 shipment. When I asked Dane about it he was able to give me exact information about the prescription shipment.

We got off to a very rocky start. I had to demand they find an acceptable resolution. While it is frustrating that nothing gets escalated immediately, eventually everything worked out. Marie was very kind and understood my frustrations and had consistent follow ups with my order.

Mel was great with reaching out, answering my questions, and making a future appointment! Thank you Mel!
