I have been with embody for about two months and it's the third GLP1 provider I have tried. I recommend getting the VIP membership because the customer service is great. I am assigned a specific rep, Marie, and although there has been bumps in the road I can call or text her directly and she takes the time to resolve my problems personally and follow up. With other providers I couldn't get ahold of a real person to assist me when needed. That makes all the difference in the level of care I receive. They also sell more than just weight loss medication and I found NAD+ to combat the fatigue I had been battling for 6 months on tirzepatide. Game changer.!

I am due to take my next dose of Sematuglide today and my shipment has not arrived. This is the second month I have had a problem with this. I spent over 30 minutes on a chat and then called and waited on hold to find out that my shipment may be a week late. If you go with Embody expect your meds to be late and expect to have to take time out of your work day to contact them. They ultimately just keep saying that they understand and they are sorry but they over no actionable solution. It sounds like they are taking on too many clients and are unable to fulfill orders on time. I am looking for a new company to provide this service. It isn't worth the stress every month.

I have an account manager, Jon , who is always available. He helps me with dosage changes, where my order is, Andy concerns I have. I have read reviews of other companies ( how there is shipment problems, not getting the order on time, problems contacting customer support) I have had a great experience with Embody. I highly recommend this company.
