The ability to get an appointment the same day after 5pm was amazing and that they answered right on time and she was informative.

My account manager is Jayvee and she has been absolutely fabulous. I had a problem leaving out my meds at room temp and she took care of me immediately. I used another provider previously and never had such amazing customer service. Jayvee is always there to assist with any needs. She deserves 10 ⭐️ .

Here we are again. Almost 14 days since I ordered and was delivered a hot shot of tizipide through this company. Finally received a call from an account specialist ( LEYN) once she saw my review to make all these promises of a replacement shot and not even remember the next day what she swore personally she would fix. These people instructed me to inject a shot the same nurse practitioner and,my Pcp instructed me to NEVER do.knowing they are legally responsible for this as I have all emails that were sent .all texts, saved and still they want to play games.no tracking number. Nothing!! Please do not use this company. Not only can a hot shot loose its potential for weight loss,it can make you sick.I am waiting on a legal adviser to take the next steps.
