This is my third month with Embody and this far i really don't have any complaints. I have read the online Embody reviews and while I don't want to minimize the bad experience of others, that hasn't been the case for me. I am on the monthly plan and thought about switching to another provider simply for cost reasons and was offered a free month of the Embody VIP program to stay, and the account manager assigned to me has been fantastic. Lyka is wonderful and so helpful that I am considering renewing the VIP plan as well.

run and I mean RUN to literally any other company. Scam company. They’ll charge you. Say it’s the same price for any dosage then when they get proof of your higher dosage ignore that and continue to send the base dose and say they can’t refund or send anymore until next time but then do the same thing again. I paid for an extra medication on top to supplement and never got any of the three shipments. It’s on me for not realizing but customer support is crap, says the same bs thing, fake “escalates” my problems and now I’m going to fight the charges with my bank.

I tried AltRx before and the initial fill was fast and easy. The very first refill experience left me horrified by the lack of response, communication, transparency, and basic complete incompetence of their AI. I kept getting the same canned AI response like the free version of Chat GPT "we're sorry that you feel xyz... bla bla bla." It took 14 days to get my order sent to the pharmacy, I contacted Embody on a Friday night and got my meds on Wednesday. I am very pleased with Embody. Don't waste your time with other services like AltRx.

My case manager is named Marie and she is phenomenal. She always answers my calls, helps me with questions and goes above and beyond to make sure that I am well taken care of. I am completely satisfied!

Customer service worked well to get any problems resolved.
