Blossom Health does not follow HIPAA guidelines
I left a negative review about Blossom Health on this website and they decided to respond by releasing my personal information. There is no reason why the drugs I were seeking are now on public display on an Internet forum. I believe this is a violation of HIPAA and I will be reporting this to the required agency. How dare you release my medical information on the Internet. Blossom health is not ran by trustworthy people.
Response from Blossom HealthJul 27, 2026
Nope. Trust is at the heart of what we do here at Blossom, and we are extremely mindful of our patients's privacy & data security, and our HIPAA obligations. We never ever expose any patient PII (personally identifiable information) and we have not done so here. If you, on the other hand, decide to release your own personally identifiable information about yourself, that is your decision. We certainly can't stop you from doing so. As a company, when someone leaves a misleading/false/inaccurate review, we have the right to stand up for ourselves. Especially when there are millions of other patients out there who are vulnerable seeking care who might happen upon a review, they deserve to know the truth about Blossom. We stand for making truly-excellent mental healthcare accessible and affordable for every single American who needs it. And we're proud of that.
