I love my doctor and the assistant’s there’s always someone who is really to help you or reach Doc Lola , You never feel alone is how I fell Is like you have a doctor 24/7. Very easy to navigate Again I love my doctor she here’s me and my needs being in premenopausal/ Divorce with a narcissist/ psychopath . Not easy but will there help I think I can do this 😊❤️🙏

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful! Have been trying to correct a billing issue for over a month and getting no answers. Currently they owe me over $600. A complete and total scam unfortunately. Update: they are still trying to claim they cannot submit the claims as in network even though my insurance company advised them multiple times that they would tell them exactly how to submit it as in network (even though I doubt they don’t really know how). I am still out $600+

Hi there - I looked into your case, and it turns out the $600 of patient deductible responsibility is correct (although the reason is nuanced, I'll explain below). You have a Highmark Western New York BCBS HMO-POS plan. In New York, Blossom is credentialed through Anthem New York BCBS. Normally, that would be no problem. A patient in Western NY can be treated by Blossom and billed in-network through the "blue card program". However, in your case, because you have a HMO-POS plan (instead of, say, a PPO plan), you do not have access to the blue card program. Instead, when you see a BCBS provider outside of Western New York, those visits are treated as out-of-network. The good news is that your OON deductible is $1000 for the year. So after you reach that, your per-visit cost will be significantly reduced. I know this isn't the news you wanted to hear, but it's unfortunately how the BCBS insurance system works today. It's convoluted and non-sensical, I know. I'm sorry about that 🌸

Outstanding
The therapist is outstanding and has been supportive throughout our sessions while still holding me accountable for what we decide with any courses of action or working on feelings. Booking is so simple and I'd definitely recommend it.
