I would rate them a zero if I could. I am asking for help she wanted to keep delaying treatment and because she wasn't prepared for the visit she texted me to reschedule. Blossom then charges me $100 cancellation fee??? What kinda shady business is this. I suffer from severe ADHD, depression and anxiety this is too much.

They don't check for drug interactions and prescribed medication that ruins the efficacy of my cancer medication. Run. They could care less about their patients.

New Reply: Thank you for sending your information. I looked into your case, and we are confident you received excellent clinical care at Blossom. 1. When you googled the potential drug interaction and brought it to the attention of your provider, she carefully explained that while there is in-theory a relative contraindication between your cancer and anti-depressant medications, given your particular circumstances and dosages, the theoretical risk was very-much attenuated and outweighed by the clear immediate benefits. 2. She also pointed you towards real-world clinical studies demonstrating across large samples of patients that these two medications when taken together in a responsible way does not measurably increase risk of cancer recurrence or survival rates. 3. In recognizance of your concerns, your provider did offer to work with you to taper you off of your anti-depressant medications if you so wished. ---------- Original Reply: Hello - we take medication safety & efficacy very seriously, and I'd like to look into this for you. Can you please DM us your information so that we can investigate? We do our utmost to ensure that every patient's treatment plan and medications are right for them. Managing psych medications, especially in complex situations with comorbidities like cancer, is difficult and often times there are no right answers, only tradeoffs. Regardless, we want to work with you to make sure you are receiving the best care possible, and will coordinate with your oncologists to ensure that is the case.

Had an appointment today at 3. I was literally on the website at 2:58. My provider no showed. Then I received a text saying that they will charge ME 50$ for canceling at the last minute. I have screen shots of everything.

Hi there - we will look into this. We take attendance and punctuality very seriously, and if your provider didn't show up or was excessively late without reason, that's unacceptable and we'll make sure we make this right by you. Thank you 🌸

I’ve been trying to reschedule for over a month with this provider through zocdoc and they repeatedly asked me insurance copies after I sending them the copies dozens different times and then after which they come with repeated excuses saying they can’t verify my insurance and auto cancels my appointment. No emails or calls. They have cancelled at least 3 times in the past and have wasted so much of my time. All the other providers instantly verified but blossom health didn’t. I’m feeling this provider is fraud. Please check.

Hi there - I looked into this and the issue is that you don't have a payment method on-file for your copays/deductibles. Your insurance is perfectly valid and fine. We should've communicated the issue better, we're sorry about that. If you add a payment method, you'll be able to proceed with your appointment without it being cancelled. Thank you.

I literally just signed up and canceled the appointment within 10 minutes of signing up and they are charging me $50 for late cancelation. There's no phone number no customer service. They just charge you.

Hi there - yes, if you book an appointment that's within 24 hours and then you cancel, you will be subject to the late-cancellation fee. Part of what makes it possible for us to offer same-day or next-day appointments is that our patients are committed to attending an appointment once it's within that 24-hour window. We know there are good reasons why people cancel, so as a courtesy, we will waive your late-cancellation fee if you rebook and attend a new appointment. Hope that makes sense, we'd love to help you 🌸

I was sent an invoice from a service on 9/12 on 9/21. They never sent me an invoice and took the payment out of my account before they sent the email. When I asked them why they did it they said they bill for services the day of service which is a lie, they billed me 9 days later. So I canceled my appointment I had for the 9/22 because Im not paying for services 2 days in a row. To add insult to injury they charged me a $50 cancel fee. I wouldnt have canceled the appointment if I was asked to pay 2 payments in 1 day. They are only concerned with collecting money, not good customer service.

Hi there - I understand you're upset, but I looked into your case, and all the billing happened as it should. So maybe there's some misunderstanding here. I'll explain below: 1. You attended your initial appointment on 9/12 2. You've already met the annual deductible on your insurance plan so you only have a 20% coinsurance obligation for your visits (that amounts to ~$40). 3. We charged you that $40 owed for the 9/12 appointment on 9/21, once we had received confirmation from your insurance plan. You can view that dated invoice in your patient portal under the documents section. 4. You then decided to cancel your next appointment, the one on 9/22, within 24 hours of the appointment and so were charged a late-cancellation fee (which we are happy to waive and refund after you attend your next appointment). We are the biggest believers in pricing transparency and charged you exactly what you owed, not a single cent more or less. If it were up to us, all mental healthcare in America would be free, but that's not the system we live in. We are obligated to collect the copay/coinsurance amount that your insurance company tells us you owe according to your plan. We hope we can resume your care at Blossom. Be well 🌸 ❤️

Terrible service, if you call, they direct you to a chat where you can talk to an ai bot that tells you it will help you but admits it can't after days of giving you false hopes

Hi there - I looked into your case and I'm terribly sorry about the delay in your medications. That's on us, and I wish we had been able to remedy this for you sooner. While our patient support team uses AI to assist them, there is always a human-in-the-loop. And in this case, our colleagues did flag the missing prescription to your new provider (Dr. G.O.), but were insufficiently persistent in getting his attention while you were waiting on your prescription. That's our fault. We should've been able to get to this a lot faster versus letting it drag out for days. I can only apologize and hope you'll give us the chance to make this right. Thank you.

The doctor basically referred me back to my other phyciatrist and suggested things that I had already tried ,which was the main reason I was paying $300 in hopes of actually getting some help .

Hi there - I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I had a chance to look into your case. Sometimes there are no silver bullets. Your Blossom clinician took the time to understand your symptoms and history over the course of a 70-minute long initial appointment, and then recommended a set of treatment options. Some of those recommendations might be similar to previous ones you've heard before from prior psychiatrists, but sometimes that's for a good reason. If you'd like a second opinion from a different Blossom provider, we can certainly help you with that (although no guarantee they'd tell you anything different). If you'd like to take us up on that, just let us know by responding to any of the emails or text messages you've received from Blossom.
