I am so disappointed with this sham of a company. I cancelled my monthly services via email like the website says to do and they never replied to me. They continued to take out $224 from my bank account (which was also $45.00 too much because they were charging me for Zofran that they would not even dispense to me). I had to file Fraud charges with my bank and destroy my credit card number, getting a brand new one so they don't continue to charge me. They do not have a viable customer service phone number and they do not even have a street address showing up on Google maps. A simple Google search will show you this. Also, a Google search of Reddit users will also show how many people have been fraudulently charged for something they did not ask for or receive. This company screams scam and I do not recommend them at all. I went with the "cheapest" online telehealth service for a GLP1 and that was a mistake. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Also, they use Revive RX and they were under investigation in 2024 for shipping testosterone instead of a GLP1! I wish I had read all the reviews prior to joining. I will never recommend this company. Buyer beware and do your homework first.

Cody was top notch in assisting me as I ran into some issues with the pharmacy assigned to me for my medication, he jumped into action and had my meds switched over to the right pharmacy and i received them promptly. Hes answered all of my questions with ease and grace and compassion and is a wonderful employee!

Company took $765.00 of my dollars and it is not showing up in the portal and no response from messages to company. I have been with them sine June of last year and have not had any problems until I placed a bulk order. Now no response. I need my meds or a refund. This is a lot of money to be held up with no response/

April 15th my card was charged for the wrong prescription I asked them to remove it. Then I was told the right prescription was delivered on April 26th, again my card was charged and I have nothing. I have been reaching out to customer support and they told me my order was canceled and to reach out and reorder my prescription, what order- they didn't reference an order number, they used to be amazing I cannot get anyone in support - they say they don't have a phone line to keep the pricing down, but they are aligned with pricing with other compound pharmacies, I would look for another compound pharmacy, very unhappy and gaining weight

I’m sitting here reading all the complaints about Amble, and I have to say I’ve never had any issues. I do not think they’re very clear on how things work and this is why they’re getting negative comments. But once you understand the process and that their prices are lower because they don’t have an inbound line, you’ll figure it out really quick.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!...I am no longer able to reach this company...they are not responding to any of my emails... They have also taken payments from my credit card and sent no product...I will be reaching out to get guidance on how I should handle this....will be disputing charges also

Horrible customer service. Can only message in not call. They never get back to you. The first vial of medicine i got lasted 3 months due to dosage amount but they still charged me all 3 of those months like they sent me new medication but they didn't. Tried to order more medication, says it's pending, and it's been stuck in consultation for a month. No one will answer my messages.

I have been using Amble for 6 weeks now and the only complaint I have is that when my last order got mailed it was so hot outside that the ice pack at already melted and I worry it will mess the meds up coming summertime because it will be hotter. I am down 15 pounds already and hope to continue losing the unwanted weight
