Love this company! I have been with this company since Oct 2024. Turnaround time is way faster than other companies 7-10 business days. Customer service is great as well! I have no complaints what so ever about amble. I have always gotten my meds on time. I'm so happy I was able to find a company that doesn't require a membership fee! | love that I can pause mv prescription whenever I need to. I have control of my meds!

I went thru the initial 3 month supply.. Then requested fill of higher dose when completed initial course…received notification that fill approved with no refills and next check in by 5/3… My fill left pharmacy on 4/11 and not received until 4/14 at 6:15 pm at which time opened mailer and found inside package freezer pack hot, temp checked and 80degrees upon opening probably since 4/11 since traveled from texas( very warm temps to sc warm temps over period of 3 days. the medication is supposed to be kept cool during shipping…then refrigerated…clearly stated Secondly there were 2 hot vial sent when request made for only one($329) RX on website stated approved with no refills on website,..I contacted amble via messenger immediately about temp of medication and that 2 vials received but only 1 requested.. I received message about why temp of 80 degrees for days is ok from a representative with CS..I didn’t get acceptable answer about temp and requested she send this manufacturer in writing… no response received to my statement that I only requested 1 vial and why did I receive 2?? I sent another message requesting this be clarified on 4/15 am but as of 10pm no response… I’m concerned quality compromised and need assurance in writing from manufacturer that 80degree temp upon arrival has not affected quality and and that I will NOT be charged for a 2nd vial that was not requested and questioning quality of both.., Per guidelines/Instructions of care of medication from manufacturer clearly states when handling medication should be kept between 36-46 degrees..ice packs( that are cooling) should be included when shipping to keep at appropriate temps and if allowed to reach room temp of 72 not 80degrees( as was upon receipt) then only good for 21 days therefore my 30 day supply is not useable and degraded…

This company is a joke. I am on the starter plan and received 1 vial with what seems not enough for 1 month. I reached out to them because the 2nd payment was withdrawn from my account requesting when my next vial would be sent. Jacob responded to me in a condescending manner which I viewed as disrespectful. He said I received all the meds I needed and I need to be patient to give them a chance to respond in 1 business day. Well Jacob it has been 3 days and your information is incorrect. If you are thinking about this company, run don’t walk because they only care about your money!😡
