I loved Amble in the beginning. Something has happened. I ordered on June 4th and they took my money and I never received the meds now they’re saying update my payment because it won’t go thru! And oh yes it did!! Now what?!!

Amble is always on point with my prescriptions. The process is quick easy and precise.

I have been with amble since November 2024 and have a had nothing but an amazing experience with them. I get prompt responses. When u had an issue w my medication and not being shipped they fixed the problem right away and I had my medication in a few days.8 highly recommend them!

I was a customer with Join-Amble for several months during my weight loss journey, but unfortunately, their customer service left much to be desired. Communication is restricted to a messaging queue on their website—there’s no phone number to call—and if you send multiple messages, you’re pushed to the back of the line. At least, that’s how it seems to work. I had recently moved and updated my shipping address before placing my next order, which cost $179. The estimated delivery date on their site was 07/01/25. However, the order was delayed, and I became concerned that the medication might have been exposed to heat or gone bad. I reached out through their messaging system on 06/20/25 and followed up again on 06/23/25. No response. When I checked the tracking, I noticed the delivery date had been updated to 06/23/25, but UPS showed the package was being sent to my previous address. I immediately verified that my profile had the correct new address—and it did. I contacted customer service again, and after several ignored messages, I finally received a reply that scolded me for sending multiple messages 🙄. Then, they asked for my name, partial phone number, and current address so they could investigate and fix the issue. That was six days ago. Since then, I’ve repeatedly asked for an update or a refund and received no further response. Meanwhile, someone at my old address contacted me to say the package had arrived there and asked what to do with it. I passed that information on to Join-Amble and asked again for guidance. I was ignored. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I will never do business with Join-Amble again. Their customer service is unresponsive, unprofessional, and frankly, shady. I feel scammed and hope others read this and proceed with caution.

I’ve been with Amble for a while now. It’s been seamless. Before I was always running into shortages, missing doses. That all stopped when I switched to Amble. I can’t tell the difference between name brand and compound except Amble is 1/3 of the price. They are 5 stars

I started Tirzeparide with Amble Health at the end of January 2025. In only 4.5 months I have lost 50lbs. My energy level has increased and I feel better. My mood doesn't seem to fluctuate as before..probably because my blood sugars dont spike. This has been an unbelievable experience that has put me in a good place. Thank you to the wonderful team at Amble Health!
